Return Policy

We hope you love your new lifelong silk scarf. However, if you change your mind about something - no worries. Néctar accepts returns. You can send any unworn item back to us free of charge within 15 calendar days of the order being placed.

You can return any unworn item for a refund, within 15 calendar days of receiving your original order.
Items purchased as "SALE" are not eligible for return.
We'll refund the price you purchased your item at, back to your original payment method.
All goods will be inspected on return. All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition -Any item not in its original condition, it has been used, it has spots, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error- or outside of the 15 day return policy we reserve the right not to refund you. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
We don't offer an exchange for orders. If you would like a different design, please return your unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it's packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.
