Your details are safe with us as we take security very seriously. We offer 4 available payment methods:

PayPal is an online payment service, which enables secure, easy and fast payments without charges.
Secure: your bank and credit card data are only stored at PayPal. That is why, with each new online purchase, you are redirected via internet to PayPal.
Easy: You pay with two clicks. Since you are calling up your bank and credit card data that is stored on the PayPal server, instead of having to input this information with each new purchase.
Fast: PayPal payments are usually credited within a few minutes.

For payment by Credit Card you can pay by VISA, Mastercard. If an order is cancelled, the total amount is refunded to your credit card. Extra charges: 2% The fee charged is 2.00% of the total amount.

As soon as your payment reaches us, we will start processing your order. Depending on your bank, it may take 2-4 working days until your payment reaches us. The products you have ordered will be reserved for you for a maximum of 7 days. Extra charges: none
Please transfer the full amount of your purchase order to our bank account. To do so, send us an email to info@swiss-nectar.com and we will send you our bank details. Please include the order number in the payment reference.

Please be advised that, in order for us to process the order correctly, it is important that you enter the order number in the reference field and that you pay for each order separately.

Invoice
Payment by invoice is only possible within Switzerland. Please pay within 14 days of receipt of goods via pay-in slip. For larger order volumes we reserve the right to only send the goods after receipt of payment. In this case, we will inform you. Should an invoice remain unpaid, we will forward our claim to debt collection.
